TOM WARNEZ
President & Chief Rainmaker
Under Tom’s stewardship, Metcom, Inc. has established itself as a successful print, brand and supply chain products distributorship. Tom oversees all strategic business development activities. Since he became president in 1986, Metcom sales have grown at an annual average rate of 15%. Tom earned a B.A. in Business/Economics from Michigan State University in 1982. Prior to joining Metcom in 1984, Tom spent two years on the business development staff at Whitlock Business Systems. An active member of industry association Brand Chain, Metcom has been recognized as a Top Distributor in Print Solutions magazine. Tom has also received the Brand Chain Special Service Award for his outstanding contribution to the association. When not leading Metcom, Tom enjoys tennis, running, writing, poetry and music.
TIM KRAMER
Key Account Development
Tim joined Metcom as a Customer Support Specialist in August, 2016. He previously interned with John Adams Mortgage Company. At Metcom, Tim earned a leadership role and manages top clients and key product categories. He has also taken on business development duties. Tim received a B.A. in Communications from Michigan State University in May, 2016. Tim loves include fishing, baseball, and his adopted dog, Rocco.
ERIKA DAVIS
Client Engagement Manager
Erika joined the Metcom client support team in 2018. With her positive energy, inquisitive nature, and an eye for detail and process improvement, Erika leads our client engagement team. Previously she worked as an Advertising Executive with the Grosse Pointe News. She earned a B.A. from the University of Michigan and an MA from Bowling Green State University. When she's not engaging with Metcom customers, she is active in her church family and music program.
KATHLEEN ALLEGRETTO
Account Manager
Kathleen originally joined the Metcom Client Engagement Team in 2014, before marrying and moving to Arizona in 2016. We are pleased to report that she has brought back her joyful energy and rejoined our team in 2022 after moving back to Michigan! Kathleen graduated in 2013 with a B.A. in Advertising Design from Michigan State University. She enjoys being physically active by competing in sports, including powerlifting, hiking, backpacking, and going on family walks with her husband, dog, and son.
ANNIE WARNEZ
Operations Manager
Since beginning full time employment with Metcom in 2012, Annie' responsibilities have grown to include overseeing all accounting, technology, and human resource functions at the firm. Before joining Metcom, Annie spent 10 years as a Marketing Representative with IBM. She earned a B.A. in General Business from Michigan State University. In her free time, Annie enjoys playing tennis with her friends.
JEFF KENNEDY
Senior Account Manager
Jeff manages key client accounts and provides business development activities. Since joining Metcom in January, 2012, Jeff has been instrumental in expanding several vertical markets, including municipalities and retail. Jeff earned a B.A. in Marketing from Michigan State University in 1976. Prior to joining Metcom, Jeff owned and managed a printing and graphic services firm. He enjoys biking, traveling and cooking.
KATHY MILLS
Accounting Manager
A CPA and former public accountant, Kathy joined the Metcom team as Accounting Manager in 2023. She manages the full scope of accounting functions. Kathy earned a B.S. in Accounting from Oakland University. After spending the last decade watching her two sons play hockey, Kathy and her husband are planning what to do next with their free time.
NORA GAY
Account Manager
Nora signed on as a Customer Engagement Specialist in January, 2020, and quickly displayed her listening skills and common sense approach to meeting customer expectations. She has earned a distinction as our branded apparel and swag specialist. Before joining Metcom, she worked in a variety of social engagement positions. She holds a Masters of Arts in Theology from Ave Maria University. Nora enjoys going to the beach with her husband and young son.
AMY BORON
Accounting Specialist
A Michigan Technological University Chemical Engineer graduate, Amy performs accounting functions for Metcom. Besides billing and payables, she balances our books and reconciles our bank accounts. Amy and her husband home school their three young children from their farm in Adrian, Michigan.
AVA RUSSANO
Account Manager
After joining Metcom as a special projects intern in 2022, Ava became a full time member of our client engagement team in 2023. This was also the year that she earned her accounting degree from Wayne State University, Mike Ilitch School of Business. Ava's passions include hockey, jujitsu, exercise and hanging out with friends.
CLAIRE KERK
Freelance Graphic Designer
Claire manages website design and digital marketing, including Email marketing and communication. When she isn't working with the Adobe Creative Suite, you can find her painting, crafting, or playing with her dog, Nakina. Claire has a Bachelor's in Communication Studies from the University of Michigan.
SHANNON ZASADNY
Account Manager
After a successful ten-year career in the financial services industry, Shannon joined the Metcom team in 2023 as an Account Manager. A water and outdoor enthusiast, Shannon lives with her husband and dog "Olive" on a canal in Saint Clair Shores.
