Under Tom’s stewardship, Metcom, Inc. has established itself as a successful print, promotional and consumable product service. Tom oversees all strategic business development activities. Since he became president in 1986, Metcom has more than quadrupled its annual revenue. Tom earned a B.A. in Business/Economics from Michigan State University in 1982. Prior to joining Metcom in 1984, Tom spent two years on the business development staff at Whitlock Business Systems. An active member of the Print Services Distribution Association (PSDA), Metcom has been recognized as a Top Distributor in Print Solutions magazine. Tom has also received the PSDA’s Special Service Award for his outstanding contribution to the association.
Erika joined the Metcom client support team in 2018. Previously she worked as an Advertising Executive with
the Pointe News Group. She has earned a B.A. from the University of Michigan and an MA from Bowling Green State University.
Jeff manages key client accounts and provides business development activities and marketing support. Since joining Metcom in January, 2012, company wide sales have increased by over 70%. Jeff earned a B.A. in Marketing from Michigan State University in 1976. Prior to joining Metcom, Jeff owned and managed a printing and graphic services firm.
Jennifer became a member of the Metcom team in November 2017. She assists with client support and daily billing. Before joining Metcom, Jennifer worked as a Manager of Business Operations for Hospice of Michigan. She has earned a B.S. in Criminal Justice from Wayne State University.
Stephanie manages all accounting functions at Metcom, including daily client billing. She joined Metcom in 2010, having previously held staff accountant positions for Innes & Lotito, P.C., Ward & Ward, and Doreen Mayhew. Stephanie earned a B.A. in Business Administration from Wayne State University, and a M.S. in Taxation from Walsh College. She is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Michigan.
Annie manages the inside client support team, and oversees relationships with key clients and suppliers. Before joining Metcom, Annie spent 10 years as a Marketing Representative with IBM. She earned a B.A. in General Business with Michigan State University.
Karen manages sales and support for the promotional product and wearable categories. Her responsibilities include product sourcing and importing, account coordination, and creative support. Karen is also tasked with managing select key accounts. She joined the Metcom team in 2010, having previously held account manager positions with Budco, Tri Market Promotions, and Tiffany & Company. Karen earned a B.S. in Consumer Services from the University of Indiana Pennsylvania.
Sales and Business Development Specialist
Mark joined the Metcom sales team in 2019. He is responsible for new sales and business development. Mark has over 30 years of professional sales experience, including 22 years in advertising sales. Most recently he held the position of Group Advertising Director for Hearst Autos. Marked earned a B.A. in Business Administration, and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA), in Marketing/Research, from Wayne State University.
